Once a support ticket has been created for you, we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 1 business day. If we initiate a communication with you and we do not receive an answer within 1 week, we will attempt to contact you via any alternate method you have provided (email, phone, or physical address). If another week passes without a response, we will assume the issue has been resolved and close your support ticket. We will reopen the ticket at your request.
At your request, we will keep your hard drive in our fireproof safe for 30 days prior to recycling it. Your drive will be labeled with your name and the date of receipt. After 30 days, the drive will be moved to our recycling area and will be disposed of during our next recycling pickup.
